Your email address is used exclusively to send you the TCHNX monthly newsletter. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to deliver the newsletter (e.g., our email service provider, Resend).
3. Data Storage
Subscriber data is stored securely in Sanity, a hosted content platform. Access is restricted to authorised administrators only. Data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
4. Your Rights
You may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email. You may also request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@tunckaradag.com.
5. Cookies
TCHNX does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. The Site may use minimal technical cookies necessary for basic functionality.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Sanity for content management, Vercel for hosting and Resend for email delivery. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date.
